Payment due assistant emails, texts, or phone calls not include future due dates....

It would stop the emails coming through from our parents that I have applied future payments (costumes, recital, competition, choreography, etc) that these fees not be included in the past due balance the assistant sends out for me. If it is a true past due, then only the past due should be notified that they have a balance. I love the assistant but no matter how I word it, I get flooded with emails asking why they have a balance when they just paid.
