Option on Ezidebit form for fortnight / monthly schedule

Hi - it would be very helpful if the online Ezidebit form (when someone signs up for AutoPay) had an option for the parent to select - for us that would be fortnightly or monthly. I'm sure many other studios would want this, possibly even a weekly option.

Would save a lot of back and forward with emails to families and misunderstandings of what their schedule is. Thank you!
