If an auto pay comes back as failed. Thier account should also be automatically updated since it's no longer a credit. Sometimes with so many emails we receive the failed payment email could be missed. The accounts should not continue to read as paid when in fact it failed.
I dont really understand why this is something that hasnt been implimented yet. This is our first autopay process with merchant services and if a bank charge has failed and i recieve the notification - im supposed to go into the account and remove the payment that failed? Make this make sense.
