Notification for Dance Card almost reaching limit

Please provide option for notification to admin and user to advise them that their punch card is reaching to limit (let's say if it is 10 class pass, they get notified at 9 passes?)

Schedule Statements

Teachers to be able to add their sub to their class so sub has access to take role.

We would like the option for our techers to add a sub teacher to there roll so they can acces their role for them when they are subbing their class. Also if you can add a date when they are subbing that would be great.

Would be great if there was a button you can select so a class shows WAIT LIST on the live schedule. This is for classes that have not got enough numbers to run yet, but we want to show them on the live schedule still, but not be able to book yet.
