Notification sent to parent if credit card declines from a "payment plan" charge

Would love an email to be sent if a credit card declines from a "payment plan" charge. I know it's done from an "autopay" charge but it would be great to have this automated so we don't have to manually send it. Thanks!

Landing Page

The day and time of the class is not listed on the landing page. The lead doesn't know the time of the class, unless they book the trial. I included the day in my class name, but the lead really needs to know what time the class is, before booking...
