Could we please have a field added to recital manager Act Manager (step 2) for music running time in minutes and seconds. It would also be AMAZING to then add up the fields to give us the full running time of the show.

The system should recognize and alert user if they are trying to book an appointment and there is a class, or there is not available space due to other appointments.
When scheduling a make up class it would be nice to see if anyone else is scheduled for a make up that day (this way you aren't overloading a class with make ups on the same day)
