Allow Commas when Posting Transactions

Commas cause any transaction in the thousands to be recorded as $1.00. However, this isn't shown until after it is posted.

Student lists by studio

We need a seperated student list by STUDIO! Every time we use any report for printing names out etc, we need to pay someone to seperate them by studio. It is VERY time consuming

Report for Teachers Hours

It would be very useful to have a report that calculated each teachers hours they were scheduled to work so we could budget wages costs going forward. Something that could be downloaded into Excel preferably

notes in different colors

Have the ability to leave notes to staff in different colors. for example notes in green would be for AR. Notes in red for teachers. this way when needing to read notes in a account you can read what applies to you and your job, not having to read...

Tuition "Chaser"

Chasing down money balances is the worst. I hate becoming a collection agent. Some sort of option to set-up or take part in where tuition/fees due would be constantly collected would be great.

Ability to add a 1 time registration fee for drop in classes.

I think it would be beneficial to be able to apply a registration fee to any students enrolling for drop in classes. This registration fee would be a 1 time fee per season that the class is assigned to. I feel like adding a registration fee to the...

Rego Fee

Once a student has paid the $25 rego fee for a year, they should be able to add extra classes without needing to pay the fee again
