Hi - New to DSP (coming from AKADA). I feel strongly that the fee per use to texting is not indicated for the monthly fees we currently pay. Please consider adjusting the price point of this, or remove the costs for this service.
Please create an automated feature to not charge students that are scheduled to drop a class. It's so much to remember who is scheduled to drop in the future and the parents will get upset if you charge them.
A report /list of students who drop class without a drop date
when looking to assess my retention from month to month, I would like to be able to see who dropped classes each month, regardless of whether a drop date was entered.

put a tab under waitlist that says student leaving soon - a future drop coming
it would be so helpful to see if a student has a future drop in a class. Instead of having to click on each class you would b able to see a drop coming on the classes page under waitlsit.
I would like a report that shows my income but has any convenience fees subtracted from it. This way, I could see my actual income, since I am not charging my students for the fees.

Drop report with exact dates of the drop for accounts updating
It would be highly helpful to be able to generate an easy report of the exact drop dates to hand over for anyone checking or updating the financial side. This would be especially helpful with students who are taking multiple classes.
