no show status for trials

There is not currently a way to notate if a trial didn't show up for the trial class. This would be helpful so my staff knows if they need to follow up with how was class vs. Let's reschedule.

Post tuition directly from student account

It would be great to be able to post tuition directly from a students account without having to go the posting page. It is time-consuming and without a search function on the post tuition page, it ends up being a lot of scrolling.

ability to change or amend online orders

Need to be able to change or amend online orders. For example, parent orded the wrong size item. Also need to be able to edit and allow admin to apply what student the order is for. Not every parent picks the correct student for the order

Remove the $1.00 minimum for Robo-Texts

We would love to send Robo Texts for student’s birthdays, reminder for trial classes etc. But the $1 USD minimum makes this too costly. Would also love these options on the Personal Assistant.

Credit

It would be great if a student pays over that you can enter the overpayment and the remainder goes straight to credit. Currently you have to mark the amount due paid and then enter a credit manually.
