When you click on STUDENTS at the main menu level, you see a listing of all active students - that are ENROLLED.
Often, we have students who are ACTIVE but haven't enrolled just yet but are taking a Trial Class or are coming on a Drop-In basis.
It would be great if we could see that a Scheduled Trial student would show that fact on the student listing.
Right now, it is simply blank and looks like that student isn't involved in anything. That makes it a prime target for a well meaning staff member to inactivate or delete that student from the active list...
In the picture I attached, Aden Boone is scheduled for a trial class but his space for class is blank. It could say "Scheduled Trial Class Upcoming" and then have the date or just "Trial Class Student".
Some sort of indication would be nice.
Yes, this is an issue beause we often send email or texts to our active students and unless we daily go in and mark any students without a class as inactive then students who have only come in for a trial or a drop in class get those communications!
would also like to see Trials listed when you click on into the STUDENTS and then go into CLASSES. That should list all classes they are enrolled in, suggested for, enrolled in trials or on a waitlist. Keep everything together.
