Default phone number to home studio country code on Parent Portal
We need parents to be forced to enter their mobile number as per the country code requirement for robo-texting. Currently this has to be manually updated for every customer and is very time consuming!
Auto Pay - be able to select items other than Tuition to bill separately for costumes, etc on specified dates.
Tuition is always due 1st of month for those enrolled in Auto-pay. We need to be able to schedule for Costume payments, Competition Fees on specified dates. This would enable us to collect all fees in a timely manner for these items
While adding class suggestions for upcoming seasons, I would love to add notes to some students about why certain classes would be most beneficial for them personally.
