Ability to edit recipients of scheduled emails

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

We currently schedule a range of emails for each term in advance. Since there isn’t an option to add or remove emails from the schedule, new families need to be emailed separately. This often gets missed or forgotten, meaning they sometimes miss out on important information. Similarly, families who have left before a scheduled email goes out still receive it, even though it’s no longer relevant to them.
