Allow Dance Cards to be purchased for specific classes (and only used on that class)

The ability to ring fence a Dance Card to a particular class or group of classes rather than it being open to EVERY class.

Add ONLINE in the Class Manager Attendance page

We allow students to attend class both in house and online. We do want to track if they are in-class or online. It would be nice to have an online choice in attendance both in class manager and on attendance reports.

I think there should be an option to hide or exclude costume prices on the iPad class manager. This way teachers can see their costume photo without seeing the price you are charging the students.

I would love to have the option to automatically send an Email Reminder the day before Extra Class dates to the students AND teachers involved. This could be similar to the automatic reminder about appointments.
