Normal Users should not be able to change Tuition, Billing, Registration, and Fees in class settings.

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Normal users could change tuition and other settings without an Admin immediately realizing the change, creating the risk that a student will be charged inappropriately.

Normal users do not have access to Online Registration settings, or to post tuition, which is appropriate. However, they still have the ability to add extra fees to students through the student's Tuition Settings page.

How should this work?

Normal users should not have any access to change Tuition, Registration Fees, or any other fees or charges.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Admins will benefit from not creating additional liability risk to their business.

Families will benefit by not having charges inappropriately charged to their account.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

It would be one less thing I need to worry about my Normal users being able to do.
