Min # for students for a class to make/start

No one wants to have a class if there is only a couple of kids enrolled. Can we offer a waitlist till 3-4 kids actually register in a class for it to actually make? :)

Costume Console update

Include PAYMENT TYPE in all POS reports

include the "payment type" (cash, card, DSP Merchant Services, etc) in all POS reports. In particular this is very important in the report: "Items Sold by Date (i.e., Sales Order Items by Date)"

Waitlists need to be controlled by class not for the whole season
