Ability to Change Drop Date

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Parents drop class in the portal and don't realize that it drops right away. This will allow us to change it to the end of the month.

How should this work?

For dropped classes, have the ability to change the drop date the same way you can change the start date.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

Will eliminate the need to re-enroll a student in a class in order to have them enrolled until end of the month.
