Credit

It would be great if a student pays over that you can enter the overpayment and the remainder goes straight to credit. Currently you have to mark the amount due paid and then enter a credit manually.

Post tuition directly from student account

It would be great to be able to post tuition directly from a students account without having to go the posting page. It is time-consuming and without a search function on the post tuition page, it ends up being a lot of scrolling.

Please make CREDITS appear in GREEN where it says current balance.

Mark items paid when an account has a zero balance

Apply credits before running tuition

We wish there was a way to apply credits before runnign tuition, so that it would automatically apply it and then run the difference on the autopay.

Don't break up payments

It's incredibly hard for parents and myself to see where their payments are going to. If this can just be as a balance or showing 1 amount and it broken down to what fees that paid for. That would be super helpful.

Schedule a transaction to be posted at a later date.

I want to be able to schedule a charge to be posted on a later date. Nota. due date... but I want the charge not to show up until the date I choose! Thanks!
