Applying a Payment

When you go to apply a payment, it doesn't actually apply it. You have to "Split" the payment for it to actually be applied. If I click apply payment, it should automatically apply the payment.

Convenience Fee

The ability to remove convenience fees for certain fees would be extremely beneficial. While we would like parents to pay the fee for tuition, we would like to cover the cost of these fees for costume paymnents, additional fees etc.

UNAPPLIED (or UNSPLIT) Payments

Often times a student has a zero balance but something is unpaid on a report. It would be helpful if we could click on something that said "Unapplied Payments" to see which payment was not split.

Different tuition for one class

I charge a different rate for a class based on age. it would be great to add the option ta change tuition for a specific class based on age.

Is there any way to set the invoices to show classes without the individual pricing?

If I tick 'show classes' on the invoice - the group invoices, show confusing class and pricing information. Can we set invoices to show classes without individual pricing?

Enable payment via routing and account number

Allow parents to pay by logging in or with auto-pay by entering in their account number and routing number

Show all outstanding items on Statements

Some of our items are due at a future date. If we only show the last month's worth of charges, and the items aren't due for two months, they lose track of what is still outstanding. It would be nice if they could still see what they have that is s...

Split option for every transaction

Currently some transactions that I recieve do not come up with the "split" option. Which makes reconciling difficult at times. If every transaction was able to be split or allocated, I would be able to have more control over the reconciling.
