Tickets and Events

The recital volunteer roles should be "copyable" from one year to the next. I shouldn't need to reenter everything every year. We need the same roles, every year.

Could you please add an option to have "add ons" on ticket pro. For example at recital a person could select their ticket and "add on" flowers for a dancer, or a backstage meet and greet.

I would love a report that shows which parents have not purchased tickets to the recital.

Sort the Event ticket list by last names. It is easier to find the name at an event and help them find their seat. especiallywhen dealing with families

If having mulitple recitals, would like to be able to purchase tickets for mulitple recitals within one transaction. Currently parents must do seperate transactions If children are in mulitple shows.

An event location may not always be a 'studio' location and should be categorized separately. We participate in multiple events and when assigning a location to a class, I should NOT have those in the drop down as an option unless I assign it. Eve...

I would be able to limit the amount of tickets that could be used with a promo code. We do 2 complimentary tickets to families if their child is in more than one recital, but right now I can't limit the code to just 2.
