Parent Ticket Access in Portal

Original Title: Give parent the ability to access their tickets after they purchase them on the parent portal

After someone purchases tickets, it would be really nice if they could access those tickets online instead of just from the email. It would also be nice if I could see the email sent for the tickets in the history section of the portal.
