Add another spot for Assistant #5 on instructors for classes.

We sometimes have a large amount of assistants on larger classes, as well as special projects.

First class notification on attendance

It would be great if there was some way to mark a student on attendance who is here for the first time. Then the teacher could be alerted to a new student.
