Appointment hours by date

It would be helpful to be able to set a date range for specific hours an instructor is available. We are currently still in summer, so my instructors have much more availability. As we go into fall, their availability changes, but I also want to open up the fall times to allow parents to register early. I would like to be able to set a date range for specific hours. For example, June-August Teacher A is available 3-5pm M-F, but September-December, she is only available Saturdays 10am-1pm.
