Would love to have the ability to two way text all clients and not only leads. The Studio Chat requires them to be in their app, have notifications enabled. Most won't do it as it's one more app one more thing. Everyone texts.

Show Dates & Time on Chat messages

When reading chats it would be an added value to have a date and time stamp on the messages. For example a message reading ”Rehearsal cancelled today”, could be easily misunderstood if someone reads it outside of the day it was sent.

We have people sometimes complain about why there is a convenience fee so it would be nicer if it stated "Credit Card Processing Fee" so clients know it is just due to having a card & can pay with checks/cash with no fee.
