Ability to email incomplete registrations

2nd Email to get "Pending Late Fees" and "New Parent Portal Contact Email"

Only the primary admin can get these 2 types of emails, but as the Office Manager, it would be helpful to me if a 2nd email could also be a cc on them.

Daily email of email bounce log

As the office manager, there is no way to be included in the correspondence that is being sent out to the students, teacher & parents. I often have parents question me about an email that was sent in DSP and I have no idea what they're talking...

Be able to edit the Class Confirmation email

It will be useful if we can edit the Class Confirmation email set up. We don't always need the phrase "These are your classes for our year/season term starting on" and we don't need the dates of the season on the column with the classes.
