I have enjoyed everyone I've spoken with in the DSP customer service department. That said, it has been EXTREMELY helpful when I've gotten to speak with the same person more than once. It would be amazing if studios could have a personal representative, a main one and 1-3 back ups, so we can establish a relationship with one who understands who we are and our history of needs. I realize staff may be limited but as with the costume companies, I've found having a "go to" person is extremely helpful when needing to get things done.
