I Sent a follow up email to a parent that registers in the system. However, I don't see anywhere that it has been sent to know that I already sent out an email to the family. It does not show under communications, history. Is there a way to see this.
I would like to be able to track my email stats, i.e. deliverability, open rate, undeliverable, etc. This way I know what is effective in my communication with students and families as well as my marketing to perspective students.
