Send the trial confirmation email in registration settings when the trial is scheduled by the office, not just the client

In online registration settings, under trials- there is a confirmation email that can be set up to go out when a client self schedules a trial. The email includes the classes, times etc. We have run a test with a dummy student, and it does not app...

One summary email each day rather than ALL THE EMAILS...

I get A LOT of email from DSP everyday. It would be nice to get a summary email with all the Late Fee, New Parent, Class Drop, Payment Received, Payout, etc.
