Need Merged Fields in Email Templates to Personalize Messages
IT would be great if we could create email templates that had coding to automatically insert parent names, dancers' names, and other information. We currently go into pending registration and send messages one by one.

Please, please could emails have teh ability to insert parent or student names,. It is so impersonal to just say "Dear Parent" . almost every other dance studio CRM has this function. Why not this one?
