Many small studios dont start classes until after school starts, and they arent necessarily at their studio until a few hours before that. Likewise, many are not on eastern standard time zone, which means in order to get a hold of you they have to get there many hours earlier. Likewise, many times if you call even a half hour before the "closing time" no one answers. |
How should this work? |
You extend call time hours later to accomodate for the other time zones and answer calls. |
