Registration

We need a setting that requires parents to enter their credit card and enable auto-pay before being allowed to schedule a trial, waitlist, or drop-in. The setting should include a note that they will not be charged until they actually enroll.

We are noticing students are not finishing account setup because they get confused about where to pick a class.

I would like to be able to ignore auto-pay for specific classes the same way you can ignore registration fees. For example, my youth classes require auto-pay but adult classes don't.

We are looking to charge $5 to sign up for a trial class initially and then have the rest be free. This will hopefully bring in more clients who are willing to sign up rather than those who are just looking for a free class.

Our studio offers ballroom instruction for couples. We also bill it on a "per couple" basis. Would be nice to have a feature allowing folks to register and pay as couples versus individuals.

This would be useful to have as an automatic setting!

I would like the option to not collect the registration fee if a student has to go on the waitlist for their desired class. If a place opens up and they can be added to the class, then the fee should be applied.

It would be great if students that create a new account do not become Active until they've chosen a class. I've had nearly 20 new accounts created this summer where they've wanted to receive information but they've been classified as active before...
