Add ability to reorder registration form fields

It's nice that we can add additional fields on the registration form. What is needed now is the ability to drag/reorder the new field to a new location on the form. Much needed.

Display Tuition on Main Register page

It would be useful to have an option to display tuition so students don't have to register to see the rates.

Email Notification for Enrollment

Would be really nice to receive a notification when someone has registered for a class online. This would help avoid students showing up for the wrong class level if we saw this ahead of time. Or at least include somewhere quick and obvious to see...

CLASS SPECIFIC EMAILS UPON REGISTRATION

Have a class specific email where you can let them know supplies, teacher, welcome them etc that sends as soon as they register for a class (instead of generic season one).
