Easy registration for a trial

Parents don't want to sit through a huge process just for a trial. A simple register your name for the lesson and show up.

Add note for selected leads

This would be useful for tracking lead promos. You could check all leads you want to email, send them a promo and make a note that they received an offer without having to write each one individually

Search by phone number

Would be great if there was a way to search if a phone number was already in the system so that when making call backs, we don't call students already enrolled.

Collect more information on Lead Form

Collect birthdays and addresses on lead form. Really tricky to determine if they meet the age cutoff without this. Also - if they end up registering we don't have all the required info from them
