Leads center additional fields, previous members can be converted to Leads after the seasons

I would like to suggest the following:

1. Have a custom field for the landing pages for the leads.
2. Have the option to identify if the lead who signs up is a parent or a student.
3. Have a feature that if the leads sign up there is an indicator that they have already an account.
