Lead Center New Leads set automatically to not receive statements

When adding a new lead in the Leads Center the default setting should be that they do not receive statements. Once enrolled this setting should change to "receive statements"

Allow the option to book more than 1 trial in the Lead landing page option so they don't have to fill out multiple forms

The new leads landing page option is great but currently they can only sign uup for one trial at a time. It would be great if there was an option to click on all the classes available for their age group if they wish.

There is not a way to export leads once in active from dsp leads center. I'd like to send them to my mailchimp cold leads list. Please add this feature to the more menu
