Costumes

It would be nice if we could add a waiver for when parents enter sizes for their costumes like how they can do for online classes. We usually do a participation form and it would be so much better to have it all in one place!

When ordering costumes, it would be helpful to have a place to keep the order number, ship date, etc.

There should be a way to print off costumes or run a report of costumes by season and costume company. The entire order history isn't necessary.
