Add a column to the Costume Console for receipt of exchanged costumes

It would be wonderful to have one more row of checkboxes in the costume console to be able to mark off when a replacement for an exchanged console has arrived. We have a "returned" column but no way to mark off when that returned costume's exchange has arrived. This would help greatly during costume redistribution.
