Include Appointment Cancelation Reason in Email Notification to Parents
I love that you can now view a student's appointments from their account and cancel right from there, too. We have the option of including a "Cancelation Reason," but then I'm not sure what that note is good for because the appointment disappears ...
Teacher should also get a reminder. Teacher needs to be allowed to add notes or make changes to appointment/private lesson Adding the option to share on parent portal for all services offered.
Add Location Field in Appointment Confirmation Email
The confirmation email that a parent receives upon booking an appointment does not include a field for Room or Location. We have multiple locations, so this information is critical when booking a private lesson or appointment.
it would be great if staff could add their own appointment hours via their class manager. Currently the staff have to send over their available hours each month and then admin have to add the hours for them. This would really reduce admin time.

Unless you type teachers name in the box with the service name, you have no way of knowing which teacher you are booking a lesson for. It is really frustrating having to make all the appointment names longer by adding the teacher's name next to it...
