Appointments - Add reason for Appointment

Would love to have a space for person requesting Private Lesson/Appointment to say what they would like appointment for. ie New Dance for Jazz/Lyrical/Classical/Hip Hop etc, Polishing Classical. This would help teacher be prepared instead of having to contact each appointment ahead of time to check.
