When you create appointments from the iPad class manager, parents should receive a confirmation email. This can help with confusion and frustration, and help people to avoid late fees

Need to be able to include options or a note section when a student books a private lesson that way they can share what they want to work on / their goals for that lesson.

Similar to the ability to duplicate products, this allows for ease of adding instructors to new services quickly. Alternatively, or perhaps additionally allow the option to select multiple instructors for the same service.

It would be great to see, on the parent side especially, a drop down to choose teacher, click forward to private type (30 min solo, 1hr solo, 30 min duet, etc). Click forward to then choosing the date and time from availability. It is overwhelming...
