History should show emails sent from parent

We get emails form parents sent through the portal. They go to our Gmail but are not listed in History. Seems like they should be since this is a communication.


ADDED: I do not want to have to go to Reports to see the history. I want them to go into the client's history.

    You can consider using the Parent Portal Message Log report under More > Reports > Communications tab to see messages sent to you through the portal!
