Discounts by amount

Would be good to add the option "discount by amount" instead of having only Discount by %. For example, the tuition is 80 and for this month i want to post 65, and i cannot because the percentage of this discount should be 81.25% which is not existing on the list. Or you can keep the percentage and add the option which we can write the percentages.
