Speed of playing uploaded videos on DSP

When trying to play back video file & keeps buffering. If trying to download file, 75Meg video file, takes over 30 minutes to download to local computer. Uploading file is fine.

    Hi Jade- Videos on DSP need to be uploaded to YouTube and then shared.
