Would love the option to send an email chain that works upon enrollment. Something auto generated that we pre set per season so that when new students enroll they are sent all the same info from DSP.

YES PLEASE! A drip campaign feature would be magic! At the time of registration a chain of emails will trigger at different interverials that will be set by admin to fully onboard a new family to the culture and life of the studio.

I think we're talking about two different things. Yes, one automated email is sent upon registration but an automated SERIES, could be used for Onboarding (a series of emails acquainting new students to school information) or a Marketing email series for people that create an account but don't enroll (Prospects!) It could even be used as a series for MANY reasons: recital information, upcoming camps, master classes or other events. The point of a drip series is to layout the series and have it automatically send out. This would be an awesome addition to the already great DSP software. Thanks so much!!
They already offer this- its in your registration manager.
This already exists for both regual enrollment and trials, you can even make one for specific seasons. :)
I'm confused, because I have an automatic email that goes out once someone pays and is enrolled. Is this something different?
yes please! Automation through DSP for enrollment and trial classes would be amazing.
