Allow Parent to Unenroll Drop-In Classes

It would be helpful if a parent could un-enroll from a dropped class if they need to, instead of needing the admin to do it. Also, it would be nice to see those drop-in classes on their schedule (like regular classes) instead of just in the calendar view.
