The display of trial classes is not consistent within the student record. The Trial link shows when you click Classes within the student record, but it is not displayed when viewing the student's Summary. For consistency and ease of use, it should be. It is not intuitive to have to add another step when viewing the student's summary, and easy to not about it at all when in the Summary.
