Trial classes

A couple of things in this submission.

#1: Allow charging fee for all trial classes in all classes

I've seen several requests for requiring parents to enter their credit card info for trial classes. We need it too.

So I came up with an idea that I think will work. We are going to charge $1.00 for a trial class. With some setting changes (explained below), this will require parents to enter their card info before they can schedule a trial. A registration fee (as Kathleen T. told me) would not be assessed since our settings are to charge reg fee only upon class registration, not upon trial class registration.

Currently, the only way to assess a trial class fee is to go into each individual class and set the fee for trials to $1.00. Rinse and repeat ad nauseam. Not ideal because it's tedious, but the bigger problem is it's too easy to forget to change that setting with each newly created class.

So my first request is to allow studios to assess a global fee for all trial classes.

#2: Update the Help pages to tell us how to do this

Kathleen's steps were quite useful, though it would be good to add the following:

• Make sure we know the registration fee, if set to only charge with class registration, will not be assessed for trial class registration.

• Tell us which Trial Registration setting to use. No idea what I should use so I went with Online Registration and the Registration Manager. I do NOT want the customer to have to pay the registration fee, and not sure what the ramifications are of each of the settings. Please elaborate in the Help docs.
