Allow access to the costume icon in the app

The costume icon is not currently available in the app for parents. I added all costume information by class to the system and had to tell parents they had to access the portal on a browser to access this information. All information accessible on the parent portal should be accessible in the app. But please start with costumes.!!!! It is really nice for a parent to be able to quickly see what costumes they need for their students when getting ready for a show. I pay for the app so I don’t want to dissuade parents from using it for certain things.
