Add months to student ages

We need to be able to see how many months into a year a student has. Especially at the younger ages, the months make a big difference, but even as a student is nearing a transitional age--say from 5 to 6 (since we have classes for 6-8), it would be good to be able to know how close they are to the next tier for class suggestions and more.
