I would like to send email reminders to our teachers about their appointments only. Right now there is only an option for appointments AND classes. Our teachers know their weekly class schedule, but it would be helpful to send reminders about JUST their appointments.

This is similar - I would like to be able to record if a particular class is being subbed on a certain day and send a reminder to the substitute teacher for only that ONE class day. It would be annoying (and expensive) to use the text reminder function for all teachers for all their classes (which they know) but it would be helpful to be able to remind a teacher if there was a one-off class they had to add to their schedule.
