Payment Plan schedule visible on parents portal

We would really love for our parents to be able to see their individual payment plans. So that they can keep track of the schedule and know when the payments are coming up. This would hopefully avoid parents missing payments. If they can see their account balance, we feel they should be able to see their payment plan schedule. We also think that once the payment plan is set up, that we should be able to send them an email with the schedule for their records (this could be automatic). Hope this helps everyone else too.
